paperchance was born in London in 2015. Federico Baldelli, Co-Founder and prolific digital entrepreneur, came out with a first version of the business model that, after some market tests and insightful consideration, ended up evolving to the current and successful paperchance.
Federico’s brother, Giorgio, has been a key element from a Product Management and Engineering point of view, and Irena Herrero is the Human Resources expert behind the scenes with 10 years of accumulated knowledge in Talent acquisition, Talent Management and Executive Search. After intense conversations around the topic, the three of us ended up understanding that there is a general knowledge gap when it comes to writing a compelling curriculum vitae, particularly, but not only among recent graduates.
